At Starbeck Mission there are several events that occur throughout the week to serve both the spiritual and practical needs of the community. We welcome you to come along and join us!

Sunday
Each Sunday Service, we gather together to worship God, hear His Word, and have fellowship. We sing a mixture of modern and traditional songs, with a variety of instruments, to enable our praises. We partake in communion twice a month, remembering the Lord’s Supper and Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross. During the morning service, creche and Sunday School classes are provided. Refreshments are also available after this service.
They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Acts 2:42
The Evening Service is another great opportunity to gather together to praise and learn more about God’s message to us and grow in out love for Him.
Tuesday
At our Bible Study and Prayer Meeting on a Tuesday evening, we meet come together in various homes to study the Bible in-depth and spend time in prayer. Often, we go through a series of studies based on a particular book of the Bible.
All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be competent, equipped for every good work. 2 Timothy 3:16&17
As Prayer is an essential part of our Christian lives, this is also a time where we share things to pray about, and pray together.

Wednesday
Luncheon Club: at 12 Noon every Wednesday, join us for lunch! Come along for hot food, followed by a short talk.
Wednesday Club 1 (6pm till 7pm) is for Children in Years 3-6. This is a fun-packed time of songs, games, quizzes and a talk.
Wednesday Club 2 (7:30pm till 9pm) is for Years 7-9. Come along for an informal time of table tennis, activities and a talk.
Saturday
Our Prayer Meeting is on the first Saturday of each month, where we gather at the church for a extended prayer session. Here we pray for church goers, members of the community, missionaries and beyond.

Young Life (YL), is an inter-denominational youth group. The Harrogate branch meets at Starbeck Mission Church, at 8:00pm every Saturday. This is open to anyone from the age of 14 to young adulthood. A Bible study is also held beforehand.
